There are no screens, visible buttons or dials anywhere on Luma³. Just a simple, clean japandi design executed perfectly with high quality materials and British engineering and manufacturing.
The solid hardwood base gives warmth and weight to perfectly complement the soft touch high quality plastics.
Natural feeling interactions are achieved through motion sensing and four high strength tactile buttons on the base.

Time to unwind
Luma³ will let you know when it's time to take a break and practice some conscious breathing by gently pulsing with light. If you don't feel like it, or you're busy with something else, pick up Luma³, give a gentle rock and place it back down to reset the timer. Hopefully though, you're ready to go on to step 2.
Choose your technique
Gently pressing down on top of Luma³ will cycle though the different modes. Alternatively, you can pick up Luma³ and use the tactile buttons on the base to select the technique you wish to practice. Once you've found the one you want, Luma³ will pause briefly, then automatically start your guided practice.
Breathe with the light
From here on in it's easy. As the light within Luma³ rises up, you breathe in timing your breath with the light. Luma³ will then pulse gently to count how long to hold that breath before slowly fading back down to guide you as you exhale. Luma³ keeps track of all of the timing and the duration of the practice, you can simply focus on your breath.
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds.
