The science behind Luma³
When it comes to stress, our body has two modes.
When we are stressed our body activates our "fight or flight" mode via our sympathetic nervous system. Spending too long in this mode can leave us feeling exhausted and lead to long term health complications.
Luma³ guides us back into the "rest and digest" mode by using conscious breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

A message from our founder
Hello, I'm Michael and I created Luma³ (pronounced Lumacube) because I know it will be helpful to so many to have an easy way to access conscious breathing techniques. These techniques have helped me personally for over 20 years.
I have a background in design engineering and business, though I have happily spent the last 10 years of my life in education as a leader of pastoral care and wellbeing. Conscious breathing has not only boosted my own wellbeing and mental health but has also hugely benefitted many young people to which I have taught these simple techniques.
