WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free 2 Working Day Courier shipping on all domestic (UK) orders.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free 2 Working Day Courier shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:

  • When ordering from Luma3.uk, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others): Product category and price Shipping costs and package weight Customs clearance channel Import taxes based on custom duty amounts Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
